Built to replicate a 1920s Mediterranean-style estate once owned by their client, architects at Florida’s Touzet Studio designed the Okto Villa with strict limitations on placement and layout.
The 20,000 square-foot estate is situated on private La Gorce Island in Miami Beach, and has unmatched views and access to the neighboring Biscayne Bay. The 16,000 square-foot main house has two stories with six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and both a 2,000 square-foot guest cabana and 2,000 square-foot staff quarters. The home has a rooftop terrace a “state of the art” kitchen, an outdoor heated lap pool and spa and is for sale by David Solomon, whose site notes that the home’s price tag is “available upon request,” which undoubtedly means you can’t afford it.
